Location and Fees

My office is located in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago.

I offer appointments during the weekdays and weeknights.

Fees

$200 for a 50 minute individual therapy session.
$225 for a 50 minute couples counseling session.

I am a provider for BCBS PPO and Blue Choice. When working with patients who have this insurance policy, I accept the rates determined by BCBS. If patients have a deductible to meet, they must first pay that amount. Once the deductible is met, then there often is a co-pay or co-insurance to pay for each session. Patients are responsible for paying their co-pay at the time of each session.

I am also a provider for Medicare.

Fees are collected at time of appointment by check, cash, or Zelle/Chase QuickPay.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy; canceling in less than 24 hours will incur the full fee for the appointment.
